Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
